Diagnosis
1.
Oesophageal
Progressive dysphagia, regurgitation, weight loss. Investigate with Barium Swallow and Endoscopy (Biopsy).
2.
Gastric
Anorexia, weight loss, epigastric mass, melaena. Investigate with Haemogram, Occult blood, and Endoscopy.
