General Adult
Treatment
1.
Initial
Amoxicillin 500 mg OR Cloxacillin 500 mg + Metronidazole 400 mg every 8 hours for 7-10 days.
2.
Surgery
Incision and drainage. Removal of sequestrum by surgical intervention. Refer for chronic cases.
