Parkinsonism — Uganda (General Adult population)
Primary Parkinsonism
Levodopa-carbidopa 10/100 mg, increase to 25/100 mg. Start with 1 tablet every 8 hours (Specialist only).
Drug-Induced Parkinsonism
Benzhexol 2-15 mg daily in divided doses. Start with 1 mg/day and increase gradually.
