General Adult
Treatment
1.
Vasectomy (Men)
Permanent, not castration. Use condoms for at least 15 ejaculations or 3 months after operation.
2.
Tubal Ligation (Women)
Permanent and immediately effective. Minor 15-minute operation.
3.
Counseling
Ensure client understands it is permanent and irreversible. Obtain signed consent.
