General Adult
Treatment
1.
General Management
Rest the spine. Fit a spinal corset or plaster jacket for pain relief.
2.
TB Treatment
Follow standard TB guidelines for skeletal TB.
3.
Surgical Intervention
Indicated for advanced/worsening neurological deficits, kyphosis >40 degrees, or chest wall cold abscess.
