Pediatric
Treatment
1.
Vitamin A Schedule
Give Vitamin A on day 1, day 2, and day 14. Dose: <6mo: 50k IU; 6-12mo: 100k IU; >1yr: 200k IU.
2.
Cloudy Cornea
Instil Chloramphenicol drops 4 times daily and Atropine drops 3 times daily for 3-5 days.
