Metoprolol
Beta-1 selective blocker used for hypertension and maternal cardiac conditions (arrhythmias, peripartum cardiomyopathy, thyrotoxicosis). Less well-studied than labetalol for obstetric hypertension, but no significant signal for major malformations. Associated with FGR to a lesser degree than atenolol. Use labetalol preferentially for uncomplicated hypertension; reserve metoprolol for specific cardiac indications.
