Dysmenorrhoea — Uganda (General Adult population)
Mild Pain
Paracetamol 1 g every 6 hours.
Standard Treatment
Ibuprofen 200–400 mg every 8 hours as required.
Severe Pain
Diclofenac 50 mg every 8 hours.
Non-pharmacological
Rest, sleep, warm compress to abdomen, diet low in fats.
