Clinical Features
Fatigue, weight loss, enlarged liver (initially), ascites, distension of abdominal vessels, enlarged spleen. Decompensated: Jaundice, Encephalopathy, Ascites, Bleeding varices.
Investigations
APRI score > 2 is diagnostic. Endoscopy for varices. US, LFTs, PT/INR.
