Minor Head Trauma Triage (GCS 15)
Inclusion Requirement
Patient must be GCS 15 with history of loss of consciousness or amnesia. If GCS < 15, CT is MANDATORY regardless of these criteria.

Diagnostic Advice
Absence of all red flags yields a nearly 100% negative predictive value for surgical brain injury. Re-evaluate if condition changes.
