When to Use
The Trauma Associated Severe Hemorrhage (TASH) score is a highly validated clinical scoring system used to predict the probability of a patient requiring a massive transfusion (MT) following multiple trauma. It is calculated early in the trauma workup using clinical, radiographic, and laboratory data.
