When to Use

When to Use

Newly diagnosed Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL).
Used prior to the initiation of frontline chemoimmunotherapy (e.g., R-CHOP, Pola-R-CHP) to counsel patients on long-term overall survival expectations.
Helps identify the highest risk cohort (High risk NCCN-IPI) that may be considered for frontline clinical trials or CAR-T evaluations if relapse occurs.

Related Scores in Practice

In clinical practice, this assessment is frequently evaluated alongside other validated measures. Depending on the patient's presentation and specific diagnostic requirements, you may also need to utilize the CNS-IPI, IPSID / Lugano Classification or the FLIPI-2 to formulate a comprehensive care plan.
