When to Use

When to Use

Patients with FIGO Stage IA2, IB, or IIA cervical cancer post-radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy.
Used to decide between observation, pelvic radiation alone (Sedlis), or concurrent chemoradiation (Peters).
